Returns and exchanges

If product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded. This is a strict policy based on hygiene and good practice.

If you wish to return an item to Neelu’s Beauty Salon, please follow the instructions below within 14 days of purchase. We do not currently offer exchanges.

• Please pack the items securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
• All items must be returned in good condition to ensure that you receive credit.
• Enclose the original order number as well as your name, address and telephone with the products to allow me to process return.
• Please include your reason for return.

Please ensure you keep your proof of postage. Return postage is non-refundable.
