Cancellation Policy

1. A credit card is required when making your appointment.

2. Cancellations can be made by phone only. We understand that appointments will need to be changed or cancelled from time to time. In order to facilitate our clients we ask for at least 24hr notice for treatments of less than half an hour duration, and 48 hr notice for treatments of more than half an hour duration - otherwise a 50% cancellation charge applies.

3. The charges will be made automatically without notification.

4. Courses of treatments valid for one year only. Courses are non-transferable.

5. We regret Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
